AMFT has acquired Ramcel Precision Stamping and Manufacturing, LLC, a provider of custom metal stampings, tooling, automated assembly solutions, engineering services, prototyping, and robotic welding. The transaction strengthens AMFT's U.S. stamping capabilities and expands the organization's ability to share technical knowledge, operational resources, and complementary manufacturing capabilities across its broader platform.

Ramcel serves customers across consumer goods, transportation, construction, defense, and electronics markets and operates under ISO 9001:2015 and IATF 16949:2016 certifications with ITAR compliance. Ramcel will continue to focus on reliable service and consistent quality, while benefiting from AMFT's broader engineering, supply chain, and operational resources.
